Open Sesame: The Story of Seeds

Don’t miss the film OPEN SESAME:  THE STORY OF SEEDS, an examination of who controls the complex world of seeds, the basis of all our food and of community food security, showing at the Michigan Theater on Tuesday, June 10.

One of the world’s most precious resources is at risk and most people don’t know that is happening or what to do. This groundbreaking film will help others learn what is at stake and what can be done to protect the source of nearly all our food: SEEDS.  A short question-and-answer period with the owners of local seed sellers Nature and Nurture Seeds and Ann Arbor Seed Company will follow the movie.

For a 50% reduction off the regular ticket price of $10.00, go to the link below before the show, pay $5.00, and look for a Slow Food Huron Valley member near the Michigan Theater’s front door to receive your reduced ticket.

We hope to see you at this important movie!
