What’s in your CSA freezer?

One cool thing about a locally grown frozen produce CSA is that by the end of the harvest, you’ll know what local goodies you’ll have to enjoy in the winter.  Each harvest brings surprises – bumper crops and poor crops, but we start each spring with a plan and some farmers’ optimism!

Here are the share menus that CSA subscribers are received during the Winter 2015-2016.  As the harvest gets going, we’ll post the anticipated share menus for the Winter 2016-17.
